Services. Sierras Tire Shop Mobile provides Tire Replacement, Tire Inspection, Tire Balancing, Tire Repair, Jump Starts and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Sierras Tire Shop Mobile and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Sierras Tire Shop Mobile reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://sierrastireshopmobile.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Sierras Tire Shop Mobile makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. Sierras Tire Shop Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
